Kimberly Parker is an accomplished educator, coach, and public speaker. From her work with the youngest students in public school classrooms to her leadership in the non-profit setting, Parker’s commitment to relationships, inclusion, and joyful learning in the pursuit of equity in education has shaped her experiences and practices. In addition, her unique career path, spanning from federal employment at the US Departments of Education and Homeland Security to her independent coaching and consulting work, has afforded her the opportunities to work on various domestic and international projects. Through these professional experiences, Parker has gained a vast body of interdisciplinary knowledge from which she draws to promote social justice and evidence-based best practices.
