Kendra Hoyt

Special Assistant

Kendra M. Hoyt is the Special Assistant to the President & Chief Executive Officer of We Will All Rise where she supports a broad portfolio of the organization’s strategic priorities.

Kendra has over 25 years of experience working with youth, families, and communities across the state of Massachusetts and abroad in Belize, Central America. She has worked both directly with youth as an educator and as an administrator providing program oversight and design for a variety of non-profit organizations in the greater Boston area. She has served as an adjunct lecturer in the higher education sector both in Massachusetts and abroad in Central America.  Kendra is a published author of two books along with co-authoring several articles on the Criminal Justice System and Mental Wellness. Kendra brings with her a strong sense of social justice and community activism along with a solid background in education from preschool through higher education. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Therapy and Counseling Psychology along with a Master of Science in Criminal Justice.
