Strategic Advisor
As Strategic Advisor, Ivan Douglas works closely with senior leadership providing valuable feedback and guidance on various topics that shape the organization’s decision-making and outcomes. Before his work in the nonprofit sector, Ivan served as a corporate securities attorney in Washington, DC, and practiced law for seven years before starting his career in education and nonprofit management. Ivan received his Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from Emory University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Washington College of Law at American University. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Ivan currently lives in Maryland with his wife and two children.
